This up-to-date egg drop noodle machine can produce noodles in the form and size required by the user, through fully automated, simple and cost-effective operation.
The main point for the design was a high level of exploitation during manufacturing: after connecting to the press, one single machine performs the cutting and sifting of the egg drop noodles of various specified grades, as well as the returning of the generated dough debris and out-of-size noodles to the kneader.
The design of the machine allows individual manual adjustment of the smallest and highest grain size of the egg drop noodles to be produced. Continuous flow of the dough is provided by a vibrating table. The scrap product falling through the sieve installed in the vibrating table is returned to the kneader by a high-performance fan and a cyclone container, i.e. the machine provides reuse of as much scrap dough as possible. The sieve is available in several grades, and can be changed as required.
By disabling the cutting knives and the fan of the machine, as well as the press, the operator can use the vibrating table separately to just grade the product (both dry and wet product).
As regards its appearance, the egg drop noodle machine is made of stainless steel which resists to acids and bases, and thus increases the lifetime of the machine.
